Unique system of gastro-caravans for an affordable mobile refreshment

We have developed and let make a unique fully independent system of several top large-capacity gastro-caravans, so-called Grand Caravan, completely in inox fulfilling the strictest sanitary code and norms of the European Union. These caravans 6 m long are fitted with a maximum possible quality top equipment, e.g. modern convector automata Self cooking center from the companies Rational, Hold-o-mat, Kai Japan. With this equipment it is possible to cook, bake and fry tasty titbits like from yor mum, and that entirely without the necessity to use the oil.

 

 

                                                                

               

We can prepare anywhere for you e.g.

  • chicken steak from the leg marinated on red oranges grilled with steam
  • rosa Roastbeaf with Crackling
  • excellent lean Pork Goulash with spicy dotti, and bake fresh bread with that just for your event.

These caravans raise so the level of outdoor catering (outdoor refreshment) with the aim of supplying a quality, fresh and nevertheless affordable mobile refreshment anywhere. Gastro-caravans Catering d'excellence are independent of the surrounding sources, and we are able to cook for you in the forest or in a meadow.

 

There is no limit or condition for us!

 

As a matter of fact, operating our mobile refreshment, is the cleanless and a strict observance of any hygienic norms when working with food and using such standard things like e.g. gloves for the contact with food and many others.

                               

 
Finally, we serve all the titbits on ecological unique wooden dishes and in wrappings from cornflour. After us, the environment remains always clean!
